Account & Profile
Click the Sign Up / Login button in the top navigation. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and select your role (Client or Practitioner). You'll receive an OTP on your email to verify your account.
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?". Enter your registered email and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password.
Log in and go to My Dashboard → Edit Profile. You can update your personal details, profile photo, bio, specialization, and contact information.
Booking & Appointments
Browse practitioners from the Services page or your dashboard. Visit a practitioner's profile, check their available time slots, select a date and time, and confirm the booking.
Yes. Go to My Dashboard → My Appointments and click the cancel button on the relevant booking. Please note that cancellation policies may vary by practitioner.
After your appointment is completed, you'll see a Rate & Review option on the appointment details page. Select a star rating and leave your feedback.
For Practitioners
After completing your profile with all required information (qualifications, specialization, pricing, bio, and photo), our admin team will review your profile. You'll receive a notification once you're approved.
Go to My Dashboard → Manage Availability. You can add time slots for specific dates and times. Clients will only be able to book during the slots you've made available.
Go to My Dashboard → Promote My Profile to request featured placement. Once approved by the admin team, your profile will appear in the featured practitioners section on the homepage.

If you have concerns about a practitioner's conduct or services, please contact us through our Contact Page with details of your concern. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
